Please allow a minimum of 7 days and up to 2 weeks for all custom orders. Larger orders should be placed well in advance to secure your date. All orders require payment in advance.
YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS A FULL PAYMENT OR 50% DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. Last minute orders may potentially be accommodated if we are not fully booked. Last minute custom orders (placed within 3 days of the due date) will require an additional fee equivalent to 20% of the order total.
