Order forms submitted after 5pm on Saturday will be responded to by Monday or Tuesday.
All orders require payment in advance
Order date/time are not secured without a deposit. All orders must be paid in full before they are started. Payments made less than 2 days before order date will incur an additional late fee equivalent to 20% of the remaining balance.
Orders that require any additional purchases (toppers, crowns, flowers, toys etc) must be placed a week or more in advance w/ deposit before we order the items. The earlier the better as some items may take longer than others for delivery and may not arrive in time for your order. You also have the option of purchasing what you'd like and dropping it off to the bakery.
Large orders, wedding cakes, detailed custom should be placed well in advance to secure your date as we may be fully booked Fridays and Saturdays.
*WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 1-2 WEEKS FOR MOST CUSTOM ORDERS. (if less than that still reach out as we may be able to accommodate)
*WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS FOR ORDERS REQUIRING DELIVERY. you can still submit requests that are less than two weeks away
We do not take next day custom orders! We have 7" cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes and lots more available in store that might work for you, give us a call!
Last minute orders (placed within 3 days of pickup) May potentially be accommodated if we are not fully booked. An additional late fee equivalent to 20% of the order total will be applied and orders must be paid the same day to confirm.
ORDER DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELED ORDERS. YOU WOULD BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT OR GIFT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT PAID. NO CASH REFUNDS.
